- Present the company and its registered fields of activity.
- Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries from Europe.
- Forward enquiries to the management in Muscat.
- Support communication and help arrange appointments.
- Accompany the initial contact.

- I do not conclude contracts and hold no signing authority.
- I do not trade goods on my own account.
- I do not accept orders, payments or goods.
- I give no warranties or binding assurances.
- I am neither owner, partner nor managing director of the company.
